Algerian football supporter runs over family in France, woman killed

Marseilles – An Algerian soccer supporter celebrating his staff’s win within the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) misplaced
management of his automobile and ran over a household in southern France in a single day,
killing a girl and significantly injuring her child, a safety official

The 21-year-old man was driving at excessive pace within the Mosson
neighbourhood of southern metropolis Montpellier on Thursday night time, the
official stated, including the motive force had been taken into police custody.

The lady was strolling together with her one-year-old child and 17-year-old daughter when the accident occurred. 

The child suffered traumatic accidents and was rushed to hospital, stated the official.

The 17-year-old had a slight ankle harm, the spokesman stated.

“In the meanwhile we are attempting to find out the circumstances of this
tragedy,” the spokesperson said, adding there were “numerous individuals within the
streets” following Algeria’s win over Ivory Coast within the African Cup of
Nations which despatched the staff by to the semi-final.
