After the expiration of the 2 weeks ultimatum given to the administration of Yola Electrical energy Distribution Firm ( YEDC), the Senior Workers Affiliation of Electrical energy and Allied Firm ( SSAEAC) members have launched into an indefinite strike motion to impress on the corporate to maintain up with their welfare and improved companies calls for.

Addressing newsmen on the Yerwa Enterprise Unit of the YEDC in Maiduguri Wednesday, the Secretary Common of the Affiliation, A U Dubagari mentioned “following the expiration of the two weeks ultimatum to the management of the Yola Electricity Distribution Company and refusal to sign the conditions of service dated 93/07/20019 all members are hereby directed to down their tools from today 10/07/2019 till further notice.”
