and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website
and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers
to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client
or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake
the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings
of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect
of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law
of Nigeria. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

User Comments

  1. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
  2. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information,
    material and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. PeerVally does not screen, edit, publish
    or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or
    opinions of PeerVally, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the
    person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws PeerVally shall
    not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused
    and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this
    website.
  3. PeerVally reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers
    in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. You warrant and represent that:
    1. You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to
      do so;
    2. The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright,
      patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;
    3. The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material
      or material which is an invasion of privacy
    4. The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities
      or unlawful activity.
  5. You hereby grant to PeerVally a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce,
    edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats
    or media.

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular
link to our Web site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request. We also
reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing
to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact
us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond
directly to you.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness
or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the
website is kept up to date.

Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify
and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any
page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as
libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or

Terms of Participation

Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide PeerVally with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, PeerVally at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
Members may not
(i) activate or use more than one Member account;
(ii) select or use an Email Address of another person;
(iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person;
(iv) use a false or misleading name (Except for privacy), mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
By signing up for the PeerVally, member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from Peervally. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime .
Peervally reserves the right to track Member’s activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.
Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by Peervally.
Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Peervally will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account earning balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Refund Policy: As we are offering non-tangible virtual digital goods (Peervally Income Pack) which is form of registration fee , we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase of PeerVally income pack has been made. Please note that by purchasing the Peervally income Pack, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
Membership activities, posting, sponsored post sharing and commenting:
Administrators, Editors and Moderators reserve the right to approve or disapprove contents or comments posted on the Peervally website. As a Peervally Income Program member, you will only earn and get a revenue shared paid to your bank account when you abide by the following rules:
Irrelevant contribution (comment) e.g: one word, hmmm, ok, lol, etc and a single line of the same sentence on all post or comments not related to subject matters are not allowed. They will be trashed and your previous earnings deducted when it’s been trashed.
Consistent irrelevant post of comments by a user and inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of members unredeemed earnings.
Multiple comment on a post on purpose to earn more is not allowed.
Sponsored post sharing must correspond with the post date and must be shared as recommended.

Payment

We Payout to members daily from Monday to Friday, once you have upto N1500 in your wallet.
we reward members with points, these points are converted to cash, Points can be redeemed once a month with a minimum of 6000 points (N3000).
Referral bonus from affiliate can be transferred to your wallet upon request anytime withing the month.
We share revenue with members starting from at least N3,000 and above. Once the available revenue is finally exhausted, pending earning will be carried over to the following month revenue payout.
If you did not get paid while you have earned upto N3000, your earning will be carried over to the following month. You only need to earn more to have a share on the following month revenue payout.
Member’s discontinued participation in the PeerVally Income Program or failure to notify PeerVally of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member’s membership and forfeiture of Member’s unredeemed Earnings.
Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in PeerVally Income Program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in Peervally and properly terminate his or her membership.
Disclaimers
MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER’S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEERVALLY INCOME PROGRAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PEERVALLY INCOME PROGRAM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER PEERVALLY INCOME PROGRAM NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER’S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, PeerVally uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member’s personal information, such as SSL, firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website’s traffic to track abuse of the PeerVally Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while PeerVally strives to protect its Members personal information, PeerVally cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and PeerVally in connection with general membership in the PeerVally Income Program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
